4me has a growing user base in Norway. The Self Service interface of 4me and the 4me App were already available in Norwegian, but since more and more support specialists in Norway are using 4me, it became important to also translate the specialist interface. This effort was coordinated by our partner VisionWillow. They will also make sure that the Norwegian language pack is maintained as new 4me features are released.
This means that specialists who prefer to see their 4me interface in Norwegian, can now switch their language preference option to ‘Norsk’.
