4me is delighted to welcome another experienced Service Management Consultant to its support team. Based in Türkiye, Barış Seçen will assist 4me’s global partner and customer community.
Barış brings many years of service management experience, having worked for a variety of companies. At Coca-Cola CCI, he managed the automation initiative of some of the (international) business processes. Before that, he worked as an ITIL and ITSM consultant for ServiceNow partner UniteBT and a Senior ITSM Consultant for several companies. He is an ITIL v3 expert and has done many implementations with various ITSM tools for different customers in different sectors around the world.
When working with ServiceNow at UniteBT, Barış worked with 4me’s Business Development Director, Taner Kilinc, and Service Management Architect Ekrem Inan, who were both working at ServiceNow at the time. They were the ones that approached him to ask if he was interested in joining 4me as a Service Management Consultant.
What impressed me about 4me is that it is a very well-established platform that is ready to use. I like that it enables you to bring lots of ITIL best practices to the company immediately.
