As the organization continues to grow, 4me is delighted to welcome Jean-Marie Van Cutsem in the role of Service Management Architect.
Jean-Marie has nearly 30 years of experience in the IT and service management business, working in a variety of functions for a variety of companies. The past 9 years he spent working for Deloitte in Belgium as service management and integration leader. He was responsible for leading the implementation of Service Management processes and programs and the integration of service management tooling within the Deloitte Global organization.
CEO Cor Winkler Prins and CCO Martijn Adams have both worked with Jean-Marie in the past and know him to be a service management superstar who is also very knowledgeable about security and compliance. It is great news that Jean-Marie has decided to join 4me to share all his ESM experience and knowledge.
His main focus will be to perform assessments of 4me implementations. These assessments will offer customers concrete steps to reach a higher level of efficiency and maturity in the practices that they want to improve.
I’ve been closely following 4me for many years now. Their next-generation enterprise service management solution is exactly what organizations need in this time of digital transformation. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge, and advising and coaching 4me customers to make the best use of 4me’s unique platform by helping them implement processes, tools and service catalogs where necessary.
