As the organization continues to grow in the new year, 4me is delighted to welcome Tuan Vu in the role of Service Management Architect. Tuan is based in the United Kingdom, where he will help partners and customers maximize the success of their 4me implementations to deliver positive experiences for their organizations.
Tuan comes from TOPdesk, where he spent the last three years as a Service Management Architect. He is an expert on service orientation and process strategy and likes to empower organizations by transforming the way they look at their digital operations, focusing on customer experience.
Tuan has a scientific and operational background and a passion for new technology. Before TOPdesk, he worked as an operations consultant for Ricardo Energy & Environment, where he tested new technologies, explored service improvements to achieve operational excellence, and optimized external emergency response processes by developing simple processes from complex requirements to improve the customer journey. Tuan holds a master’s degree in chemistry, and aside from speaking fluent English and Vietnamese, he also speaks some Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
