A useful view has been added to the Records console for requests. This new view is called ‘Requests Created By Me’.
When a service desk analyst opens this view, it presents a list of the requests that this person has registered for people who contacted the service desk. The most recent request will be listed at the top of the view.
When a support specialist opens this view, the list contains only the requests that were submitted by the specialist, i.e. where the person record of the specialist is selected in the Requested by field.
