Audit trails are there so that every update on a record is captured for possible analysis later. Some audit trails have become rather long, and are difficult to navigate. For that reason, two changes have been made to them. Firstly, instead of 10 audit lines per page, 4me now shows 100 lines. This removes the need to navigate to next pages of audit lines for most requests. It also helps when performing a standard text search (ctrl-f) for a specific entry.
Second, a filter has been added to the audit lines, filtering out the notes and notification messages by default. These audit lines are often less useful, and are visible in the record itself anyway. By clicking the ‘Show all’ link all audit lines, including the notes and notifications, are displayed.
