Drill Down through Key Contact Reports
The reports that can be made available to key contacts of a support organization now offer drill-down capability. For example, when a key contact opens the pie chart that shows the number of open requests by impact level, this person is now able to click on the slice with top-impact requests:
From the list of requests, the key contact is able to drill down further into the details of each individual request.
