Eelco Berghuis Joins 4me to Accelerate Growth

Add PersonToday it is our distinct pleasure to announce that Eelco Berghuis has joined 4me’s Sales & Marketing department.  In his role as Business Development Director – International, Eelco will be establishing new partnerships and supporting large organizations throughout their selection process as they move away from traditional enterprise-class service management solutions.

Eelco BerghuisEelco is generally regarded as one of the most successful business development managers in the service management industry.  He started his career more than 20 years ago and consistently managed to spot the next leader in our industry well before their solutions became mainstream.  This has guided Eelco to companies like Peregrine, BMC Software and ServiceNow reseller Fruition Partners, each time contributing to dramatic market share growth.

More and more enterprises are taking a critical look at the total cost of their support organization and supporting solutions.  Their CIOs are under pressure to deliver more quickly on key innovations.  New technologies and a shortage of resources that are experienced with these new technologies force them to adopt a dynamic sourcing model.  Unfortunately, none of the currently popular service management solutions are designed to support such a model.  Even after spending heavily on customizations of these solutions, they will still require expensive, failure-prone, high-maintenance integrations to even be able to collaborate with their external providers.

That is why you see large enterprises, government agencies, and their service providers switching to 4me.  The unique architecture of 4me capitalizes on the possibilities that the cloud offers to enable tight, secure and cost-effective collaboration with other organizations.
