Ekrem Inan - Service Management Architect at 4me

As 4me is breathing new life into the service management industry, the 4me organization is steadily expanding its geographic presence.  Last month, industry heavyweight Taner Kilinc was brought in to lead the expansion in Turkey.  Today, we proudly announce that Ekrem Inan, who is also based in Turkey, has joined the 4me organization as well.

Ekrem has already started his new job as a Service Management Architect.  Having worked twelve years in the industry for several vendors, he knows the service management market in Turkey inside out.  Since becoming a Senior Solutions Consultant at ServiceNow in 2014, Ekrem has primarily been working on ServiceNow implementations.  Over the past few years, he has been looking for an enterprise-class solution that can make service management easier for really complex organizations.

4me truly is a fascinating service management solution.  I have been thoroughly impressed by the architecture and the people behind it.  My obsession within our industry has always been to solve the most complex customer problems with the simplest solutions.  Now that I have learned the more advanced features of 4me, I realize that I can offer customers more elegant solutions than ever before.
