The Workflow Progress Tracker allows requesters to track the progress of their requests, even when these are linked to a workflow. This progress tracker is presented at the top of any open request that is linked to a workflow that has not yet been completed. To give specialists and end users even more progress information, the completion targets of the phases that make up the workflow are now shown when the user hoovers the mouse pointer over any of these workflow phases.
Patrick is 4me's Product Manager.
