In the ‘Translations’ section of the Settings console, the service categories, services, request templates and UI Extensions can be translated. Translating these records ensures that the end user sees them in their preferred language. These translations are often exported, for example to have them translated by a translation service. So far, exporting these translations had to be done integrally: only the language and the set of translations (all, missing, outdated) could be filtered. It is now possible to export selected entries of the translations.
Patrick is 4me's Product Manager. After completing his studies in information science and applied linguistics, Patrick came into contact with service management processes as an IT consultant for CGI and as a billing specialist for World Online, Ziggo and Embratel. He then started his own copywriting business and a school where children learn about new technologies. This rare combination of experiences helps Patrick as he explains the unique benefits that 4me has to offer as an enterprise service management solution.
