The ‘Current SLA Targets’ section of the Analytics console is the best place for a service provider organization to check whether any of their requests are in danger of violating an SLA target. To offer more control over what is displayed in this view, it is now possible to apply filters to it.
The available filter options are the same as the ones that were already available for the SLA reports. Those are:
- Customer account
- Next target at
- Service instance
- Service provider
