A new filter has been added to the ‘Inbox’ view of the 4me Specialist Interface for ‘My Inbox’. This ‘Member’ filter allows users to see only requests that are assigned ‘to me’. Using such a filter can be useful in situations where a team has decided to work without a team coordinator to distribute the work. The ‘My Inbox’ view can then sometimes contain many requests that are assigned to the team but not yet to a member, making it harder for the specialist to see which requests he or she should be working on.
