The service level agreement reports that are available in the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console could already be filtered by the SLA’s customer organization. That filter is simply called Customer.
The customer of an SLA is the organization that pays for the agreement, so it is useful to be able to filter the SLA reports by customer. But it turns out that there is also demand for a filter that would allow the SLA reports to be filtered by the organization of the person for whom a request was registered that is included in the report.
This filter is now available. It is called the ‘Requester organization’ filter.
To be very specific, the requester organization is the organization that was linked to the person record at the time it was selected in the Requested for field of a request.
