It is now possible to apply the ‘Service’ filter also to the views that list change tasks or project tasks. Even though these tasks are not directly linked to a service, the change or project that they are a part of will be linked to a service. So when a list of tasks is filtered by service, 4me is actually looking at the services that are linked to the changes or projects that these tasks belong to.
The reports for change tasks can now also be filtered by service. The ‘Service’ filter is, after all, probably the most important filter that a service management can offer.
