Another service management expert has joined the 4me team! Today we are welcoming James Lerch who will be supporting both customers and partners with their 4me implementations.
James is based on the East Coast here in the United States, so he will work primarily with 4me customers and partners in North America. But because of our 24×7 follow-the-sun support structure, he will also help out his colleagues in Europe and Australia outside their office hours.
In his role as Support & Implementation Expert, James will be able draw on more than 10 years of experience supporting service management tools. He did this initially as a consultant, then as a support engineer, and later as a manager of technical support at BMC Software. At BMC, he focussed on support for the FootPrints and Remedyforce solutions.
At 4me we feel very lucky to have James on the team. We are confident that our customers and partners will benefit greatly from his knowledge, analytical skills and overall friendly attitude.
