Jon Leighton Builds Customer Success at 4me

Add PersonToday it is my distinct pleasure to welcome Jon Leighton to 4me. Jon has joined the team as our VP Customer Success. His responsibility is primarily to look after existing customers by making sure they continue to drive more value from their 4me environment.

Jon LeightonJon describes his philosophy as follows: “Our success is ultimately driven by the success of the people in the customer organizations we work with. Great software is merely our enablement tool of choice. ”

Jon has already spent more than 20 years in the service management industry, as a practitioner, consultant and manager. He has worked for organizations like Capita IT Enterprise Services, British Telecom and BMC Software. His experience is already being put to good use as we are helping to explain the more advanced features of the 4me service in ways that make them more accessible to organizations that may otherwise not ever consider using them.

Despite his British accent, Jon is based in Florida to strengthen our U.S. organization. We are delighted to have Jon, with his warm enthusiasm, on the team.
