Account Designer Gains Access to Additional Consoles
A person with only the Account Designer role now has access to the Inbox and Service Desk consoles. This way, a person with this role can submit new requests and pick up approval tasks and requests that were submitted by the auditor and that have been set to the status ‘Waiting for Customer’, for example.
Enhancement of Recurring Maintenance Workflows
When a recurring maintenance workflow is related to a configuration item, and the status of that CI is set to ‘Removed’, the Service field was already automatically cleared. Now, when this happens, the workflow template field is also cleared, as maintenance is no longer necessary for that CI.
