This post lists small tweaks and enhancements that have been delivered by the Development team in the previous release.

Optional Fields in Email Template

For email templates that are used for sending emails from requests, problems, releases, workflows, task, projects, project tasks, or risks, the Subject and Body are no longer required fields. This can make it easier for specialists to write emails from such records on the fly.

Person Suggests for Email Recipients Display Organizations

When adding a person to the To or Cc field of an email from 4me, only the name and email address of the suggested people were displayed. Now, the organizations of these people are displayed as well. This makes sense, as the organization name is also a searchable field.

Added Filters for Person Records

Person records can now be filtered on the Primary email address and Support ID fields.

Patrick is 4me's Product Manager.
