More Filters in SLA Reports

 In New Feature, Reporting and Analytics, Service Level Agreements

Pie chartSeveral filters have been added to the SLA reports that can be found in the ‘Reports’ section of the Settings console. The additional filters are:

  • Category
  • Service Provider
  • Status
  • Team

It is important to note that the filters Category, Status and Team use the data from the requests.

The Service Provider filter looks at the service that is linked to the service instance that is related to each SLA.
