When specialists go to the Records console and select ‘Teams’, they will notice that the ‘Teams’ view has been renamed to ‘All Teams’. The new name was needed to differentiate the default view from following two team views that have been added:
- Teams Coordinated by Me
- Teams Managed by Me
In addition, two useful columns have been added to these views. The two additional columns are ‘Coordinator’ and ‘Manager’. These additional columns make it easy to look up the coordinator of a specific team, or to identify the teams that do not yet have a manager assigned to them.
