4me is excited to announce that its newly appointed partner, Xcession, is now listed on the HEAnet brokerage portal with the 4me service. HEAnet is Ireland’s National Education and Research Network, and the framework agreement Xcession has is to supply the 4me service for (Enterprise) Service Management to institutions across the country.
HEAnet delivers IT sharing services to all branches of the Irish education sector and represents over 1 million users, including staff and students. HEAnet serves a number of renowned Institutions including Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, and the Royal College of Surgeons, as well as several technology and research institutes.
HEAnet’s IT service management framework puts these institutes, looking to implement cloud-based service management, directly in touch with Xcession and 4me. 4me is already in use in European universities, including Universita’ della Svizzera Italiana and the University of Hasselt. Xcession can advise on how best to migrate to 4me, integrate with best-in-class ITOM tools, and better manage external suppliers.
We look forward to introducing 4me to Ireland’s education sector because of the value it brings out-of-the-box for ITSM, as well as its capability to easily expand into other services across education and research institutes.
