Sapphiratech was founded by John Ward, specifically to help organizations harness service management and drive customer (and employee) experience. This mission aligns perfectly with 4me and its approach to enterprise service management (ESM) and the establishment of a unified platform for services that enhance the experience of customers, employees, service providers and suppliers.
The emphasis on customer experience has seen Sapphiratech concentrate on verticals, such as retail, utilities and aviation, where customer experience and quality of service are paramount. This has seen Sapphiratech engaged at clients that include Leidos, Flybe and South West Water. Currently the project being concluded at Refresco, across Europe, includes the 4me service as the core solution.
