This month, Peter White has joined 4me as Business Development Director. He is a member of our team in the UK where he is working with Andrew Smith and Andy Richardson to help organizations reach their next service management maturity level, while significantly reducing the effort and technical knowledge needed to maintain their enterprise service management environment.
Having worked for companies like Moorepay (payroll and HR solutions) and HappySignals (employee experience management), Peter comes to 4me with 14 years of SaaS software sales experience. The past years at HappySignals got Peter excited about service management solutions and also showed Peter how much enterprise organizations rely on expensive consultants even for mundane activities like upgrading their service management software to the latest version.
By now, everyone who works in the service management industry has heard about 4me. The first time I came across 4me was nearly 2 years ago. A customer told me about their experience, which was so different from what I was used to hearing from customers who had simply implemented the current market leader. After two more of these encounters with other organizations that had implemented 4me, I knew I had to join 4me. Their collaborative approach with customers allows the 4me service to evolve faster and in a direction that actually delivers value.
