The 4me +AI App

A simple, but very powerful app has been added to the 4me App Store: 4me +AI. It can be added to an account without any configuration. When installed, it integrates large language model (LLM) capabilities, using the license 4me, Inc. has with OpenAI. This also means that there are no additional charges when this app is activated.

4me AI

The 4me +AI App is required for the availability and use of specific 4me features that transfer data to OpenAI to be processed. Two such features are introduced in this release and several others will likely follow. 4me makes a best effort to first remove any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names and email addresses, before sending data to OpenAI, to protect the privacy of 4me users and specialists.

Patrick is 4me's Product Manager. After completing his studies in information science and applied linguistics, Patrick came into contact with service management processes as an IT consultant for CGI and as a billing specialist for World Online, Ziggo and Embratel. He then started his own copywriting business and founded a school to teach children about new technologies.  This rare combination of experiences helps Patrick as he explains the unique benefits that 4me has to offer as an enterprise service management solution.
