When finalizing the conversion of the graphs that were available in the ‘KPIs’ section of the Analytics console, customers noticed that there were four that were not yet available in the ‘Reports’ section. These reports have now been added and are called:
- Requests Declined by Us
- Requests Declined to Us
- Positive Feedback on Knowledge Articles
- Negative Feedback on Knowledge Articles
This completes the KPI improvement initiative, which goal was to make a standard report available for each KPI graph. These standard reports have many more filters, their date range can be much longer, and they can be placed on dashboards.
