Sometimes you are not able to continue your work on a request, for example, because you are waiting for spare parts. In such cases, you set the status of the request to ‘Waiting for…’ and add a note to indicate what you are waiting for. What’s new is that, as soon as you have selected the status ‘Waiting for…’, the Waiting until field appears. You can use this field to enter the date and time at which you plan to follow up on the request.
At the date and time you specify, the status of the request will be set to ‘Assigned’ and you will be notified of this via email. This is how you can tell 4me to remind you when you need to start on the request again.
