Kevin McGibben — President, CEO and Chairman
Kevin joined 4me in May of 2023. Prior to 4me, Kevin led LogicMonitor for more than a decade. He joined LogicMonitor as the sixth employee in 2011 and led its evolution into a global software business with over $150 million in Annual Recurring Revenue, more than 1,000 employees, and serving thousands of customers. He enjoys building great customer-centric teams that deliver high-quality, highly-differentiated and innovative technology products to transform markets in an effort to build durable, valuable, market-leading software businesses.
Kevin earned degrees from the University of Arizona. He is Executive Chairman at LogicMonitor, and also serves as a board director at Semarchy and ReCast Software.
Cory Apperson — Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at 4me, Cory is focused on driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional collaboration within the business. Before joining 4me, Cory held senior management positions at LogicMonitor, where she had a proven track record of optimizing processes, maximizing efficiency, and delivering exceptional bottom-line results.
Cory enjoys building high-performing teams through mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Cory is based in Austin, Texas.
Martijn Adams — General Manager Europe
Martijn is an experienced leader in IT and Enterprise Service Management. He gained his in-depth knowledge and experience by leading implementations at large and complex global enterprises, before moving into management positions at consultancy firms and SaaS software vendors.
Before joining 4me in 2015, Martijn held a senior management position at European IT Service Management consultancy firm InfraVision, where he successfully built their ESM, SIAM and 4me practice.
At 4me Martijn was responsible for the Customer Experience teams, including support, customer success, partner channel and the pre-sales and architects team.
In 2023 he became the General Manager for Europe, leading all 4me’s operations in the region. Martijn uses his experience to ensure that all 4me customers get the most out of 4me and are being supported in the best possible way by both our partners and by 4me. Martijn is working alternately in the Netherlands and London, UK.
Cor Winkler Prins — Head of Product
Cor started his career in the service management industry in 1996 helping to set up the global consulting organization for, what later became, HP OpenView Service Desk.
As a consultant, Cor has assisted many large enterprises over the years with their global ITSM deployments. These include Procter & Gamble, Philip Morris and Roche.
Cor specializes in translating ITIL theory into practical process flows and supporting tool specifications. His work had a major impact on the ITSM industry when in 1999 he developed the first comprehensive set of integrated ITIL-based service management processes, called the Alignability Process Model. This set of process definitions and implementation practices was later acquired by BMC Software.
Giving managers the ability to track the financial aspects of their services has always been his main interest. Cor is based in the United States.
Laurens Pit — Chief Technology Officer
Laurens has over 20 years of experience leading the development of enterprise-class service management and analytics applications. He started in 1993 with the development of the product that in 1999 became HP OpenView Service Desk. At Hewlett-Packard, he continued his career as the lead software architect for this product. Later, at Mirror42 and ServiceNow, he concentrated more on the analytics of service management data.
With his uncanny ability to spot technological trends well before they become mainstream, as well as his background in artificial intelligence, Laurens continues to lead the 4me service forward to bring the benefits of technological advances to service management for the world’s largest enterprises. Laurens is based in Australia.
Mathijs Sterk — Chief Software Architect
Before co-founding 4me, Mathijs worked for more than 10 years as a freelancer in the development, architecture and management of large application development projects for multinationals, including ABN AMRO, Fortis, and Hewlett-Packard where he worked on HP OpenView Service Desk.
Thomas Fruhstuck — Chief Information Security Officer
Thomas Fruhstuck is the primary contact for 4me customer’s Information Security and Compliance Officers. In this role, Thomas makes sure that 4me is secure and also works with third parties to facilitate the regular security tests, SOC 2 and ISO 27001/27018 audits of the 4me service and organization.
Thomas is uniquely qualified for this position. He holds a Master’s in Information Security Management and is CISM certified. In his 20+ year career, he has worked in different IT and security-related Management positions. Through his work, Thomas became acquainted with several service management solutions and coordinated two 4me implementations before joining 4me’s management team. Thomas is based in Austria.
Paul Seccombe — VP Finance
Paul is responsible for managing the company’s finances and strategic business planning, as well as supporting operational areas to help 4me achieve its ambitious growth objectives and financial goals.
Paul has over 20 years of experience working in senior finance roles for companies in the software business, like Mercury Interactive, HP Software, CA Technologies, McAfee, and Symantec. Paul is based in the United Kingdom.
Chris Russell – VP of Marketing
Chris is a proven strategic marketing leader and is responsible for driving global marketing strategy, programs, and processes at 4me. Chris brings a wealth of best practices and experience from eleven years as an independent consultant, where he helped drive go-to-market success at over thirty companies. Prior to his consulting career, Chris was a director of marketing at Marketo and, before that, a member of the marketing and alliances team at Salesforce.
Chris is focused on building 4me’s brand into the worldwide leader in ITSM and service management. He is based in the United States.
Wouter Wyns — Support Lead
Wouter’s primary responsibility is the support of 4me customers. He uses his more than 20 years of service management experience to guide 4me implementation partners and their customers through the more difficult steps of their service management projects. When 4me customers need an expert to help them improve the quality of their processes, Wouter is there to provide advise.
Wouter has worked in the service management industry for companies like Siemens, Fujitsu, Atos and InfraVision where he assisted large enterprises with their implementations of HP Service Manager, ServiceNow and 4me. Wouter is based in Belgium.
