Cor Winkler Prins — Chief Executive Officer
Cor started his career in the service management industry in 1996 helping to set up the global consulting organization for, what later became, HP OpenView Service Desk.
As a consultant, Cor has assisted many large enterprises over the years with their global ITSM deployments. These include Procter & Gamble, Philip Morris and Roche.
Cor specializes in translating ITIL theory into practical process flows and supporting tool specifications. His work had a major impact on the ITSM industry when in 1999 he developed the first comprehensive set of integrated ITIL-based service management processes, called the Alignability Process Model. This set of process definitions and implementation practices was later acquired by BMC Software.
Giving managers the ability to track the financial aspects of their services has always been his main interest. Cor is based in the United States.
Laurens Pit — Chief Technology Officer
Laurens has over 20 years of experience leading the development of enterprise-class service management and analytics applications. He started in 1993 with the development of the product that in 1999 became HP OpenView Service Desk. At Hewlett-Packard, he continued his career as the lead software architect for this product. Later, at Mirror42 and ServiceNow, he concentrated more on the analytics of service management data.
With his uncanny ability to spot technological trends well before they become mainstream, as well as his background in artificial intelligence, Laurens continues to lead the 4me service forward to bring the benefits of technological advances to service management for the world’s largest enterprises. Laurens is based in Australia.
Thomas Fruhstuck — Chief Compliance Officer
Thomas Fruhstuck is the primary contact for 4me customer’s compliance officers and information security officers. In this role, Thomas also works with third parties to facilitate the regular security tests, SOC 2 and ISO27001 audits of the 4me service and organization.
Thomas is uniquely qualified for this position. In his 20+ year career he has worked as IT Manager and Information Security Officer for Siemens in the U.S. and later headed the ISO 20000 and 27001 certified Managed Services division at Austrian service provider APA-IT and then IT at global electronic systems manufacturer TTTech. Through his work, Thomas became acquainted with several service management solutions and coordinated two 4me implementations before joining 4me’s management team. Thomas is based in Austria.
Martijn Adams — Chief Customer Officer
Martijn is an experienced IT and Enterprise service management specialist, with many implementations at large and complex global enterprises under his belt. Over the past 20+ years, Martijn has helped organizations like Deloitte, the European Union and Danone with their multinational ITSM initiatives. He was one of the first people implementing 4me around the globe.
Before joining 4me in 2015, Martijn held a senior management position at European IT Service Management consultancy firm InfraVision, where he successfully built their ESM, SIAM and 4me practice.
At 4me, Martijn uses his experience to ensure that all 4me customers globally get the most out of 4me and are being supported in the best possible way by our partner’s and 4me. Martijn is based in the Netherlands.
David Griffiths — VP Sales & Marketing
Based in Switzerland, David brings with him more than 20 years of industry experience starting in 1999 with Peregrine Systems, later with ServiceNow, and most recently with Nexthink.
David has a history of taking successful innovators to the next level. His reputation as an accomplished manager was already well known within the team before he joined 4me.
Annette Großer — Marketing Director
Annette has a wealth of marketing experience, gained at a variety of companies. Most recently, she worked at Nexthink. She has a thorough understanding of the IT management and workplace domains and brings both a practical hands-on approach to getting things done coupled with a strategic eye to the horizon to align with the bigger vision and strategy.
Leading 4me’s marketing organization, she is building out the marketing processes and systems, driving field and partner marketing and ensuring our digital strategy is constantly tuned. Annette is based in Germany, speaks multiple languages and has an international approach and outlook.
Paul Seccombe — VP Finance
Paul is responsible for managing the company’s finances and strategic business planning, as well as supporting operational areas to help 4me achieve its ambitious growth objectives and financial goals.
Paul has over 20 years of experience working in senior finance roles for companies in the software business, like Mercury Interactive, HP Software, CA Technologies, McAfee, and Symantec. Paul is based in the United Kingdom.
Mathijs Sterk — Chief Software Architect
Before co-founding 4me, Mathijs worked for more than 10 years as a freelancer in the development, architecture and management of large application development projects for multinationals, including ABN AMRO, Fortis, and Hewlett-Packard where he worked on HP OpenView Service Desk.
With his creative mind and sociological skills he quickly gets to the core of functional business requirements, to transform them into an elegant technical implementation. Optimizing performance and minimizing maintenance are integral parts of any development project he leads. Mathijs is based in the Netherlands.
Wouter Wyns — Support Lead
Wouter’s primary responsibility is the support of 4me customers. He uses his more than 20 years of service management experience to guide 4me implementation partners and their customers through the more difficult steps of their service management projects. When 4me customers need an expert to help them improve the quality of their processes, Wouter is there to provide advise.
Wouter has worked in the service management industry for companies like Siemens, Fujitsu, Atos and InfraVision where he assisted large enterprises with their implementations of HP Service Manager, ServiceNow and 4me. Wouter is based in Belgium.
Andy Richardson — Partner Enablement Lead
Andy’s primary focus is partner enablement. As new partners sign up to bring the benefits of 4me to their customers, Andy helps them make sure that their consultants are prepared and their 4me implementation projects run smoothly.
Over the past 20 years, Andy has worked on countless service management projects. This has given him a deep understanding of service management methodologies and tools like HP Service Manager and BMC Remedy. Since 2010, Andy had mostly used ServiceNow in his projects. As part of 4me’s core team he now brings the next generation of enterprise service management tooling to market so that managed service providers can work together seamlessly with their enterprise customers. Andy is based in the United Kingdom.
