    Enterprise Service Management

Most organizations have already realized that their people are more productive when they can quickly get help when they need it.  That is why modern organizations offer a single self-service portal where their employees can get support from IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Facilities Management, etc.  The Premium plan is there for any organization that is ready to expand beyond the traditional self-service support that IT departments provide.

The Premium plan includes the ability to set up a directory account so that the organization structure, employee and site information is maintained centrally and does not require any effort from the different departments that offer support.  4me’s unique directory account feature is also valuable for multinationals that have, for example, an IT and HR department in multiple countries, as well as a shared services organization for Finance.

Organizations eager to automate manual tasks will find the Automation Rules functionality of the Premium plan compelling.  Using 4me, they are able to identify the administrative tasks that are performed frequently and require a significant manual effort. The cost of this effort can then be eliminated using 4me’s automation capabilities.

Pricing for this plan depends primarily on the number of users and the procurement process of the organization.  Special discounts are available for higher education, governments and NGOs.

To request a quote, please submit your company email address and a telephone number.  A representative from 4me will contact you within 2 business days to understand the scope of your organization’s service management needs and its procurement process requirements.

    Explanation of Service Charges

Customers of the 4me service do not need to acquire any hardware, do not pay an initial set-up fee, and ultimately will not be charged for termination if they decide to stop using 4me.

Customers are charged only for the number of users to whom they provided access during a given month.  A person is counted as a 4me user for a given month when his or her person record in 4me was enabled and had one or more roles (or access profiles) at any point during that month.  It is important to note that a person who had access to 4me in a given month is still counted as a 4me user even if this person did not access 4me that month.

A 4me person record can only be counted as one user, regardless of the number of roles it has.  Persons who only have the End User or Key Contact role are not counted as 4me users.

4me Self Service is an integral part of the 4me service.  It is free of charge for an unlimited number of supported employees or external customer contacts.  In other words, 4me is free for people who only have the End User or Key Contact role.
