The integration capabilities that the 4me® service provides are endless. The 4me Developer website is maintained specifically to make it easy for developers to build integrations with other applications. Some of these integrations are available to all 4me customers. Below is a list of these integrations.
2Grips Integration Platform
The 2Grips integration platform is a very powerful and intuitive setup in order to automatically extract data in CSV, XLSX or directly connect 4me and other ESM/ITSM/Solutions and or Discovery solutions like Lansweeper. 2Grips is offering their Integration Platform as as-a-service, including the hosting and daily support so you can focus on supporting your business. AutomMate
AutomMate is a web-based platform that is developed to create an automation or integration process that is easy to use by all types of users regardless of technical level. AutomMate offers the ability to integrate 4me with other applications using ready-to-use 4me Market Place bots or custom automation. Baramundi Unified Endpoint Management
The 4me Baramundi Unified Endpoint Management Connector allows an organization to integrate 4me’s enterprise service management tool with the power of the Baramundi Unified Endpoint Management software. Download the 4me Baramundi Unified Endpoint Management Connector datasheet for more information.
BMC Client Management
The 4me BMC Client Management Connector gathers a subset of the BCM asset data and creates a corresponding data structure in the 4me CMDB. Whenever any of the assets or their attributes change in the BMC Client Manager, the 4me CMDB is updated. The connector is configurable, so that only certain types of assets are considered for synchronization. BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy)
The integration with BMC Helix ITSM is provided by the 4me Integration service. This managed integration makes it possible for 4me customers to collaborate with external service providers that use BMC Helix ITSM. Because the integration is provided as-a-service, the costs of building, hosting, monitoring and maintaining it are eliminated. This integration also makes it easier for large enterprises to gradually migrate from BMC Helix ITSM to 4me. Once all support groups have moved off of BMC Helix ITSM, the integration can be switched off. BMC Remedyforce
A standard integration with the cloud-based BMC Remedyforce solution is hosted on the high-availability infrastructure of the 4me Integration service. It is hosted, monitored and maintained for organizations that want to work together with external service providers that are using Remedyforce.
CC4ALL
CC4ALL is a Webchat widget that can be added to the 4me Self Service homepage. It allows live chat with skill based chat routing to agents. Chat conversation can be started pro-actively with predefined triggers and it allows for automatically recording chat conversations. The CC4ALL chat app can be installed from the 4me App Store after obtaining a URI and a CC4ALL reference from the app’s developer, ContactCenter4ALL.
Click4Assistance
Click4Assistance is a webchat app that is available from the 4me App Store. This app, which features an AI-powered chatbot called Coni, is aimed especially at the UK market. There, it has gained traction as an ISO 27001 and (UK) GDPR compliant tool for businesses, public services, local authorities, and more. The app can be installed in just a few clicks, but an account_ID must first be acquired from Click4Assistance.
ConnectNow
ConnectNow is a web-based chat system, designed for service-oriented support organizations that want to offer their customers a chat interface that they can use to obtain support from humans. This video provides a quick overview of the integration between ConnectNow and 4me.
Conversed.ai
Conversed.ai delivers a full-service platform for managing conversational interactions with end-users in an automated way using AI, with an optional handover to live agents. Conversed.ai is integrated with the 4me service and as such can use information stored in 4me in the conversations. Read more about this integration in this blog post.
Deloitte Identity & Authentication Service (DIAS)
Deloitte offers authentication and identification services with 4me to enable organizations to manage and integrate their users in a secure way using multifactor authentication methods.
Azure DevOps
The Azure DevOps app creates a bidirectional connection between 4me and Azure DevOps. Requests, workflows, and tasks can be transferred to DevOps, where they are registered as work items. New comments or status updates are also transferred to the work item as comments. Comments created in these work items in DevOps are transferred to the original ticket in 4me. The app can be installed from the 4me App Store by pressing the Add button on the app tile, and then filling out the details in the configuration tab.
Docusnap Connector
The 4me Docusnap Connector is developed by techwork and makes it possible for organizations to integrate their Docusnap data into their 4me account. It is a one-directional scheduled import of Docusnap data into the 4me Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to keep 4me synchronized with relevant Docusnap data. Flexera Asset Management
The 4me Flexera Asset Management Connector allows an organization to integrate 4me’s enterprise service management tool with the power of the Flexera Asset Management software. Download the 4me Flexera Asset Management datasheet datasheet for more information. The connector is provided by our partner techwork.
Freshdesk
The 4me Freshdesk Connector lets organizations that use 4me connect with customers and providers that use Freshdesk software. This integration allows requests and attachments to be transferred between both organizations, enabling employees to work from a single source without switching between platforms.
Go Integrator
Go Integrator by Mondago is a desktop client application that links an organization’s BroadWorks hosted telephony system to its 4me account. Mondago are a leading provider of computer telephony integration (CTI) and Unified Communications (UC) products for a wide range of popular on-premise and hosted telephone systems. The advantages of using Go Integrator with 4me are described in this video.
Google Analytics
The Google Analytics integration allows support organizations to track and report on their 4me Self Service traffic using the advanced web analytics service offered by Google.
Google Cloud Identity
The single sign-on (SSO) integration provided by Google Cloud Identity is based on the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). It allows users to sign in to 4me with their Google Cloud credentials.
Google Maps
The Google Maps app is available from the 4me App Store, and can be installed by pressing the Add button on the tile and then entering the Google Maps API key in the appropriate field in the ‘Configuration’ section of the app. A subscription from the Google Cloud Platform is necessary to acquire this key. IT allows for UI extensions with a Location field, adding a map to the user interface.
Hotjar
Hotjar uses heatmaps that help you see what people actually do; where they click, how far they scroll, what they look at or ignore. This data can be very helpful for improving internal processes. Hotjar can be installed from the 4me App Store. For this, a Hotjar ID is necessary. When it is installed, the Hotjar JavaScript code is injected into the 4me Self Service page of the account.
InfraVision Integration Service
InfraVision’s powerful and flexible integration platform is used to exchange information of people, organizations, requests, tasks, etc. between 4me and other systems such as Active Directory, Remedyforce and SAP. The InfraVision Integration Service is offered as-a-service, which ensures organizations do not need to build, host, monitor or support their integrations.
JDisc Connector
The 4me JDisc Connector picks up asset data, identified on the IT network by JDisc, and generates 4me configuration item records (CIs). It functions as a one-directional scheduled import of JDisc data into the 4me CMDB and is fully configurable, allowing organizations to specify data they want to see in the CI records of their 4me account. Atlassian Jira
The integration with Atlassian Jira using the 4me Integration Service is available for development teams that use Jira Software to work on the requests for bug fixes and enhancements that are assigned to them in 4me. It is also available for organizations that use Jira Service Desk to forward incidents to a service provider organization that works in 4me. This integration is available, as part of the 4me Integration service, for customers with an on-premise Jira environment, as well as for those that use Jira in the cloud.
An out-of-the-box integration with Atlassian Jira is also available from the 4me App Store. This basic integration, created by Expertize, is configured within minutes and free for all 4me users. It maps 4me service instances with Jira projects and creates issues in Jira for requests that are created in 4me. Status changes of these requests are not maintained over the integration, but communicated as notes.
Lansweeper
The 4me Lansweeper Connector integration makes it easy for organizations to extract their assets from Lansweeper and securely import them as configurations items (CIs) into their 4me configuration management database (CMDB). Organizations that use 4me and Lansweeper can even more easily integrate both platforms by activating the 4me Lansweeper app in the ‘App Store’ section of the Settings console. Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
Out-of-the-box, the 4me service provides a complete single sign-on integration for Microsoft’s SAML 2.0-compliant Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).
Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Microsoft has integrated Azure Active Directory with 4me to enable single sign-on for their 4me users. The tutorial that Microsoft prepared for this offers detailed configuration instructions.
This standard integration can also be used to automate provisioning. It makes it easy for organizations that use Azure Active Directory to populate 4me with their employee data and to maintain this data in 4me in a fully automated fashion. The 4me integration app is available for download from the Azure Marketplace.
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
The 4me Intune Connector provides a configurable integration between Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and the 4me configuration management database (CMDB). By default, this connector takes the discovered data from Intune about devices, as well as the software that is installed on them, and uses it to keep the 4me CMDB up to date. Right out of the box, the 4me Intune Connector also maintains the link between the configuration item records of the device and the person records of their users.

Microsoft Power BI
The 4me Power BI Connector makes it easy for organizations to make their 4me data available in Microsoft Power BI to build highly customized reports and dashboards. The 4me data can then be combined with data from other sources, such as the organization’s PABX to allow an average hold times report to be included on a service desk dashboard.
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
The 4me SCCM Connector provides a configurable integration between Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and the 4me configuration management database (CMDB). By default, this connector takes the discovered data from SCCM about PCs and servers, as well as the software that is installed on them, and uses it to keep the 4me CMDB up to date. Right out of the box, the 4me SCCM Connector also maintains the link between the configuration item records of the PCs and the person records of their users.
miniOrange
The miniOrange single sign-on solution provides easy and seamless access to numerous enterprise resources, including 4me, with one set of credentials.
NetIQ Access Manager
The access management solution from NetIQ provides a standard connector for 4me customers. This connector can be downloaded from the NetIQ Connector Catalog.
Nexthink
With the 4me Nexthink Connector, organizations that use 4me as well as the Nexthink solution, can automatically keep their 4me CMDB up to date with asset data discovered by Nexthink and generate a new request in 4me when an employee has a negative experience on a Nexthink-managed device. OCS Inventory
The 4me OCS Client Management Connector allows an organization to integrate 4me’s enterprise service management tool with the power of the OCS Inventory (OCSInventory) asset management software. Download the Integration OCS datasheet.
Okta
Okta is an identity and access management solution. Okta is already pre-integrated to provide secure single sign-on for 4me customers. This integration has an Okta Verified Provisioning (SCIM) Certification, which means that it can be used to automate the maintenance of an organization’s employee information in 4me. More information about using Okta to automate the provisioning of people data can be found on the 4me Developer website.
ONEiO
ONEiO allows you to easily establish integrations with the service management applications that are included in the supplier network and ecosystem. The list includes managed service providers like IBM, Fujitsu, TCS, CGI and many more. In conjunction with ONEiO, 4me uniquely delivers full SLA tracking and full visibility of provider performance, which other vendor solutions would fail to capture.
OneLogin
Organizations that use OneLogin can give their users seamless access to 4me through OneLogin’s standard SAML-based single sign-on integration.
The OneLogin SSO integration supports the Just-in-Time (JIT) End User Access Provisioning functionality of the 4me service.
Open Raven
Open Raven provides data security visibility and compliance for the cloud by discovering, classifying, and monitoring company data. The 4me Open Raven integration uses REST APIs to communicate Open Raven event data directly into 4me, allowing teams to easily prioritize and quickly assign next steps for identified issues. RightAnswers
RightAnswers becomes an integral part of the 4me service when the integration with this KCS-verified knowledge management solution is activated. This integration is available to organizations that use RightAnswers in the cloud, as well as customers with an on-premise RightAnswers environment.
SailPoint IdentityNow
The 4me SailPoint Connector makes it possible for organizations to make standard requests available in their 4me Self Service portal for all access requests concerning the organization’s application services. This ensures that the enterprise employees do not need to access a different portal to submit access requests. The standard requests in 4me ensure the necessary approvals are gathered before telling SailPoint IdentityNow to provision the approved access. SAP Business Intelligence
The 4me Export Monitor includes a few features specifically for organizations that use SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (SAP BI). These features make it easy to automate the daily import of their 4me data into SAP BI.
ServiceNow
The standard ServiceNow integration makes it easier for 4me customers to work together with organizations that use ServiceNow. With this integration in place, ServiceNow requests and incidents can be passed to 4me as requests, and 4me requests can be passed to ServiceNow as either requests or incidents. Because this integration is based on the 4me Integration service, it is fully customizable.
Customers that need to connect multiple ServiceNow instances can also use this standard integration. It allows them to effectively outsource the hosting, monitoring, support and maintenance of the interfaces between the ServiceNow instances. The added advantage of using this integration to connect ServiceNow instances is that it makes 4me ‘s advanced SLA reporting available. As soon as the integration is activated, it automatically starts to track the level of service that the organizations provide to each other.
Slack
The Slack app makes it possible to create a new request in 4me from Slack, a messaging program for business. This can make it easier for the customer support team to register a request when the conversation with the customer had already started within Slack. It can be installed from the 4me App Store.
Social Intents
Activating the Social Intents conversion popup on the 4me Self Service homepage makes it possible for enterprise employees to start a chat conversation with a human agent. The organization’s service desk analyst can then pick up the chat conversations in the web dashboard of Social Intents. Alternatively, they can use the chat interface of Microsoft Teams or Slack if that is what their team is more comfortable with.
Sophie Virtual Assistant
The Sophie Virtual Assistant provided by Stefanini is a standard integration that can be installed from the 4me App Store. Sophie can provide 24/7 first-level support to help end users navigate 4me through voice interaction, open and consult requests, look for relevant knowledge articles, or transfer them to a human support agent, directly from 4me Self Service.
SSO Easy
SSO Easy provides seamless cloud-based single sign-on access for its users to 4me.
techwork – automator
The automator from techwork makes it easy to create and automate advanced workflows in 4me that involve other applications. Find out more on the techwork website.

Tier2Tickets Helpdesk Button
The Helpdesk Button running on Tier2Tickets software is a physical USB button, customizable hotkey or desktop icon, that improves end-user experience through a streamlined and automated way to submit a support ticket. With this integration, clicking the button generates a self-diagnosing report with every ticket, that is automatically entered in 4me.
TOPdesk
The 4me TOPdesk Connector lets organizations that use 4me connect with customers and providers that use TOPdesk software. This integration allows for requests, changes, attachments and other data to be transferred between both organizations, enabling employees to work from a single source without switching between platforms.
